Last month, Ragazzi closed out 2024 with models like Anok Yai, Alex Consani and Amelia Gray having a blast before the lens of Rafael Pavarotti. To kick-start 2025, Damiano David is ushered in as a Vogue Italia cover star for January. The Italian singer and songwriter is teamed up with photographer Steven Klein for the occasion, complete with Matthew Ellenberger on styling duties. At Balenciaga HQ, Demna is there to stay. After all, the Georgian designer (who succeed Alexander Wang as Balenciaga creative director in 2015) renewed his contract with the Kering-owned fashion house back in October. The Paris-based luxury label continues to roll out advertising campaigns thick and fast. The latest, entitled “This is a Balenciaga campaign” sees Demna secure Juergen Teller as campaign photographer. Out are the likes of Mario Sorrenti and Nadav Kander, in favor of the revered German lensman. Teller points his lens toward Kim Ye-Ji, Kim Petras, Romeo Beckham, Sua, Khadim, and Akolde Meen, each making for an ensemble cast. Demna’s chosen subjects pose on location in Paris, captured around various different locations within the French capital.

This time around, Meisel points his lens toward Carey Mulligan who poses solo in the Prada Spring 2025 campaign. Against a clean white studio backdrop, the British actress morphs into multiple different characters, sporting a variety of wigs and looks.

Rumors have been rampant over recent weeks that Donatella Versace is to exit Versace as creative director. In December, sources reported that Italian fashion label (and Jimmy Choo) were being considered for sale by Capri Holdings, the parent company of both brands. Capri is reportedly working with the English bank Barclays to find buyers for the two brands. Donatella’s contract is reportedly up for renewal in February, and rumors are swirling within the industry that the contract will not be renewed. Donatella became creative director of the iconic Italian label (founded in 1978), following the untimely passing of her brother Gianni Versace in 1997. Over the past 27 years, Donatella has ultimately been responsible for countless cultural moments that have shaped the fashion world we know today.
